How to Request an RMA for Product Assistance
To start your RMA request, follow these steps carefully:

Email GiftModels Customer Support and provide the following:

A detailed description of the issue

Your order number

Any photos or images showing the defect or problem

Download and fill out the RMA form available on our website. This document must be included with your returned item.

Once you receive our authorization to return the product, prepare it for shipping:

Place the item in its original, undamaged packaging

Use proper external packaging to avoid damage during transit

Inspection and Processing Time
After we receive the item, GiftModels will have up to 10 business days to inspect the product and evaluate the request based on the warranty conditions.
If the return is accepted, the item will be forwarded to the manufacturer for further assistance. Estimated processing time is 20–30 business days, depending on the manufacturer’s production schedule and availability.
⚠️ Important: The RMA authorization is valid for 7 days only. If the product is not received within this time frame, the RMA will be canceled and a new request must be submitted.
